Built and led a multidisciplinary development team responsible for the strategic planning and execution of the integrated ground-plane at Google's $19 billion Downtown West development in San Jose. Oversaw development strategy, implementation planning, commercial activation, and infrastructure coordination across an 80-acre mixed-use district comprising 7.5 million square feet of office, 500,000 square feet of retail, and 4,500 residential units. Reported to senior leadership across Google and Lendlease, aligning entitlement implementation, investment objectives, and execution strategy for one of the world's largest corporate-led urban regeneration initiatives.

Directed the strategic planning and implementation of the integrated ground-plane for Google's flagship 80-acre, $19 billion mixed-use district, integrating development strategy, infrastructure, public realm, and commercial activation into a cohesive execution framework. Led multidisciplinary teams through complex entitlement implementation, accounted for more than $200 million in community benefits, and aligned execution with Google's long-term portfolio objectives. Led the evaluation of more than 40 investment opportunities across seven countries, totaling $1.7 billion, while directing acquisition analysis, due diligence, capital structuring, entitlement strategy, and phased implementation across 838 acres and 46 million square feet of development rights. Managed a 7.1 million square foot development pipeline and oversaw delivery of 2.6 million square feet of landmark projects, creating long-term value through strategic planning, design leadership, and execution.

Led planning and phased implementation of a 766-acre, 27 million square foot hospitality-led master-planned community, transforming a protected mangrove waterfront into an internationally recognized mixed-use destination. The development included residential neighborhoods, hotels, golf, retail, marinas, and public realm, establishing Al Zorah as one of the Middle East's premier waterfront communities.
