Direct development strategy, execution, and lease-up of New York State's largest residential geothermal project, setting a new benchmark for sustainable multifamily development.

Habitat | Los Angeles, CA

Direct leasing and revenue management for the residential component of a 450,000-square-foot, $660 million, 260-unit mixed-use development in Culver City, delivered in partnership with Aware Super. Supporting the successful stabilization of one of Southern California's premier mixed-use communities.

Claremont Hall | Manhattan, NY

Oversaw the delivery and commercialization of a 355,000-square-foot, $400 million, 193-unit luxury condominium tower developed in partnership with LMXD and Daiwa House. Guided final project execution and sales strategy, contributing to one of Manhattan's top-performing luxury condominium developments.

Repositioned and completed the successful sellout of a 260,000-square-foot, $575 million, 130-unit luxury condominium tower developed in partnership with Victor Group and Shokai. Successfully monetized the remaining inventory through final condominium sales and project closeout

Provide strategic guidance throughout the development lifecycle, from investment evaluation, due diligence, and development planning through design, entitlements, procurement, construction, and project delivery, helping clients manage risk and maximize long-term value.

Retained as both Development Manager and Owner's Representative for residential and commercial developments ranging from $2 million to $90 million. Lead multidisciplinary teams through procurement, contractor selection, budgeting, scheduling, permitting, regulatory compliance, and construction delivery while providing governance, stakeholder coordination, and strategic reporting on behalf of owners to ensure successful project execution.

Led the post-merger integration and operational transformation of Drees & Sommer's UK business, strengthening its market position and expanding its advisory platform. Developed growth and cross-selling strategies that increased UK revenue by 25%, while building relationships with leading institutional investors, developers, and corporate occupiers across the UK and Europe.

Expanded the UK platform by launching and leading three new business lines—Real Estate Consulting, Technical Due Diligence, and Cradle to Cradle—and secured strategic framework agreements with global institutional clients, while originating cross-border mandates. Helped position the UK business for sustained growth through service innovation, operational integration, and institutional client expansion.

Established and led Solidere International's London-based development platform, supporting the company's expansion across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Directed the origination, underwriting, and execution of large-scale mixed-use, residential, hospitality, and master-planned developments, combining investment strategy with disciplined development execution across multiple international markets.

Led the evaluation of more than 40 investment opportunities across seven countries, totaling $1.7 billion, while directing acquisition analysis, due diligence, capital structuring, entitlement strategy, and phased implementation across 838 acres and 46 million square feet of development rights. Managed a 7.1 million square foot development pipeline and oversaw delivery of 2.6 million square feet of landmark projects, creating long-term value through strategic planning, design leadership, and execution.

Al Zorah City | Ajman, UAE

Led planning and phased implementation of a 766-acre, 27 million square foot hospitality-led master-planned community, transforming a protected mangrove waterfront into an internationally recognized mixed-use destination. The development included residential neighborhoods, hotels, golf, retail, marinas, and public realm, establishing Al Zorah as one of the Middle East's premier waterfront communities.

Waterfront District | Beirut, Lebanon

Oversaw planning and implementation of a 72-acre, 18 million square foot waterfront expansion extending Beirut's reconstructed historic city center. Led infrastructure delivery and public realm development, creating the framework for one of the region's most significant mixed-use urban regeneration projects.
